How does the card work?

Unlike traditional season tickets, MultiSportka allows you to visit any facility in our partner network in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The card can be used for one entry per day, twice a day to ride a bike from Nextbike or Rekola and once every six months to use the InBody body measurement.

Complete Terms

1. Basic Terminology

1.1. MultiSport FKSP Card: a non-transferable identifier that is linked to a specific person in the form of an employee or an accompanying person of an employee (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”). The Card may be plastic or virtual. The Virtual MultiSport Card is only valid when presented in the official My MultiSport application.

1.2. Card User: a natural person using the Card entitled to use all services of the Partner specified in the contract concluded between the Partner and MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o. If the term “User” is used in the Terms and Conditions, it means the Employee and/or the Accompanying Person (hereinafter referred to as “User”).

1.3.Employer: an entity which, on the basis of a contract with MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o., enables the use of the MultiSport Programme by its Employees and their family members / Accompanying Persons and Children. It manages the Cultural and Social Needs Fund.

1.4. Partner: a company providing sports and relaxation services. 

1.5. Partner Network: Partners, who accept the Card. The current list of Partners accepting the Card is available at https://mapa.multisport.cz

1.6. Partner Facility: spaces in which the Partner provides MultiSport Card Users with sports and relaxation services. 

1.7. Card Provider: MultiSport Benefit s.r.o company

2. Conditions of Card Usage

2.1 MultiSport Card

2.1.1 The Card can only be obtained through the Employer via the company MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.2 The dates and method of Card orders are governed by contractual agreements between the Employer and MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.3 The Card is issued in the name of the individual is non-transferable and must not be made accessible to other individuals. 

2.1.4 Any changes to the appearance of the Card are prohibited. 

2.1.5 Loss, destruction or theft of the Card must be reported immediately to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company (most often in the personnel/HR department). If a Card that was previously reported lost is found, it must be sent to the Card Provider or handed over to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company. 

2.1.6 The Card is the property of the Card Provider, who has the right to request the return of the Card if the User violates the conditions of Card usage (hereinafter referred to as “conditions”). The Provider also reserves the right to refuse the issuance of the Card to such a User in the future. Information about the violation of the conditions will be sent to the Employer. 

2.1.7 When ordering the Card, the User declares that they have familiarized themselves with the current conditions and unconditionally accepts them. 

2.1.8 The User has the option to request the issuance of one companion card for a close person over 15 years old and up to three children’s cards for children up to 15 years old. By canceling the employee card, the User loses the right to companion and children’s cards. The same rule applies to the issuance of cards, where without an employee card, companion cards cannot be issued. 

2.2 Card Usage

2.2.1. The card can be used every day for one free entry to the Partner Network. On the same day, the User can use 2 rides on a mechanical bike within Bike-sharing with Rekola and nextbike services. At the same time, the User can use the InBody device measurement, to which they are entitled once per calendar half-year (from 01/01 to 30/06 and from 01/07 to 31/12), i.e., 2 times a year. On the day when the User uses InBody at the Partner, he / she is also entitled to one more entry to the same or another Partner’s facility within the Partner Network.

2.2.2. Only Partners who have the note “additional payment required” in the details of the Partner’s Facility on the website will be charged an additional fee – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.3. The card can be used for one-time entries to Partner facilities. However, the card can not be used for courses organized by Partners. It can not be used to pay for other activities, except for the Partners mentioned in section 2.2.2, conditions. The card can only be used for activities listed on the Partner Object’s website – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.4. The card can not be used to purchase goods or services offered within the Partner Object (e.g., cosmetic services, tanning beds, massages, manicures, pedicures, protein drinks, bars, etc.).

2.2.5. Before using services with the plastic MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the user is required to present the card and identification at the reception and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). The card is valid only upon presenting a personal document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.). Before using services with the virtual MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the User must, in case of an unverified photo in the My MultiSport app, present an identification document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.) and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). In case of a verified photo, the user is only verified by the approved photo in the My MultiSport app. Scans of the card’s barcode in a mobile app or on a mobile phone or copied cards are not considered valid.

2.2.6. The user is required to sign legibly on the visit forms located at the Partner’s facility reception (if required).

2.2.7. In case of renting a tennis court for 2 to 4 people, where at least 2 people own the card, the court is free for 1 hour (60 minutes). If only one person owns the card, the other persons pay the remainder, i.e., ½ of the court directly to the partner according to their price list. In the case of renting a beach volleyball court, one card equals ¼ of the court price per hour. If there are fewer than four cards in the group, the remaining persons pay the Partner directly according to their price list. In the case of renting a bowling lane, one card equals ¼ of the lane price per hour.

2.2.8. The user is obliged to adhere to the regulations of the partner’s facility in which they are located. The regulations of the partner’s facility always take precedence over these conditions.

2.2.9. Services can be used during the operating hours of the partner’s facility (unless other restrictions are specified on the partner Object’s website details).

2.2.10. For the satisfaction of users, we recommend prior telephone contact with the partner for the purpose of reserving available slots (e.g., for group classes or InBody) and specifying the options and conditions for using the services.

2.2.11. All information related to the availability of services can be obtained from the hotline number +420 220 188 700.

2.2.12. The Cardholder is entitled to use services within the my.multisport.cz platform.

2.3 Fraud Prevention Measures

2.3.1. The provider of the card’s employee (controller) or an authorized employee of the partner are entitled to verify the user’s identity by inspecting their personal document and to confiscate a card being used in violation of its purpose and these conditions.

2.3.2. Trading or any form of distribution of cards without the consent of the card Provider is prohibited.

2.3.3. It is prohibited to use the card outside of the time period for which it was issued.

3. Final Provisions

3.1. The card provider reserves the right to make any changes to the current conditions.

3.2. The user may suspend the validity of the card indefinitely, only for serious health reasons. The request to suspend the user’s card must be reported to the card provider by the relevant employee of the personnel department of the employer no later than the last day of the calendar month. The card’s validity is then suspended from the 1st day of the following calendar month.

3.3. The user may cancel the card at any time by requesting it through the HR department of the employer, no later than the order deadline for the following month. Once the user exits the MultiSport program, they can rejoin it and reorder the card no earlier than 6 months from the date of card cancellation.

Complete Terms

1. Basic Terminology

1.1. MultiSport Student Card: a non-transferable identifier that is linked to a specific person in the form of a student (“Card”). The Card can only be virtual and is only valid when presented in the official My MultiSport app.

1.2. Card User: a natural person who attends a school facility and who is systematically studying full-time at a secondary, higher vocational or higher education institution, is over 15 years old and under 26 years old, has a MultiSport Student Card and is entitled to use the Partner’s services specified in the contract concluded between the Partner and MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “Student”). The User may have only one student account, duplicate accounts via alias email addresses may be deactivated by the Card Provider.

1.3 Maximum monthly limit of entries: the number of entries that can be used via the Card within one calendar month (hereinafter referred to as the “Limit”).

1.4 Partner: a company providing sports and relaxation services.

1.5. Partner Network: Partners, who accept the Card. The current list of Partners accepting the Card is available at https://mapa.multisport.cz

1.6. Partner Facility: spaces in which the Partner provides MultiSport Card Users with sports and relaxation services. 

1.7. Card Provider: the company MultiSport Benefit s.r.o. The Card Provider is entitled to verify the User’s student status once every six months.

2. Terms of use of the Card

2.1 MultiSport card

2.1.1. The Card can only be obtained by the Student via a school email address with a domain allowed by the Card Provider. List of permitted school email addresses for the purpose of verifying the User’s student status here .

2.1.2. The Card can only be applied for via the my.multisport.cz portal.

2.1.3. If the Card is ordered by the 25th day of the month (inclusive), the Card is valid from the 1st day of the following month.

2.1.4. In case of an order after the 25th day of the month, the Card is valid only from the 1st day of the second following month.

2.1.5 Payments for the Card are made on the basis of the Payment Terms and Conditions published on student.multisport.cz. The validity of the Card for the following month is automatically extended if all payment conditions are met and after the automatic payment is successfully charged (usually on the 25th day of the month).

2.1.6. The card is issued in the name, is non-transferable and may not be made available to other persons.

2.1.7. No other connected products can be issued with the MultiSport Student card.

2.1.8. It is prohibited to make any changes to the appearance of the Card.

2.1.9. The User is obliged to immediately report the loss, destruction or theft of the Card to the Provider. In case of finding a Card that was previously reported as lost, the User is obliged to send the Cards to the Provider.

2.1.10. The Card is the property of the Card Provider, who has the right to request the return of the Card in the event that the User violates the terms and conditions of use of the Card (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”). The Provider also reserves the right to refuse to issue the Card to such User in the future.

2.1.11. When ordering the Card, the User declares that he/she has read the existing terms and conditions and accepts them unconditionally.

2.2 Card Usage 

2.2.1. The card can be used within the Limit four times during one calendar month for free admission in the Facilities of Partners who expressly accept the MultiSport Student card.

2.2.2. Multiple entries can be used within one day up to the Limit. Within the same day, the User can use 2 rides on a mechanical bike within Bikesharing with Rekola and nextbike services (but max. 4 rides per calendar month).

2.2.3. Unused entries within one month shall not be transferred.

2.2.4. The card can be used for one-time entries to the Partner’s Facilities. However, the card cannot be used for courses organized by Partners. The card cannot be used to pay for other activities or for additional payment in cash. The card can only be used for activities listed on the website in the details of the Partner’s Facility.

2.2.5. The card cannot be used to pay for the purchase of goods or services offered within the Partner’s Facility (e.g. beauty services, solariums, massages, manicures, pedicures, protein drinks, bars, etc.).

2.2.6. Before using the services with the MultiSport virtual card in the Partner’s Facility, the User is obliged to present an identity document with name and photo (ID card, driving licence, company ID, etc.) and confirm the visit to the Partner’s Facility (if required) with his/her signature in case of an unverified photo in the My MultiSport application. In the case of a verified photo, the User shall only present an approved photo in the My MultiSport application.
A copy of the Card’s barcode taken on the mobile app or mobile phone or a copied Card is not considered a Card.

2.2.7 The User must sign legibly on the visit form located at the reception desk of the Partner’s facility (if required).

2.2.8. In case of renting a tennis court by 2 to 4 persons, where at least 2 persons have a Card, the court is free for 1 hour (60 minutes). If only one person has a Card, the other persons pay the rest, i.e. ½ of the court directly to the Partner according to the Partner’s price list. In case of renting a beach volleyball court, one Card is equal to ¼ of the price of the court/hour. If there are less than four Cards in the group, the rest is paid by the persons without Cards directly to the Partner according to its price list. In case of bowling alley rental, one Card is equal to ¼ of the price of the alley/hour. If the number of Cards in the group is less than four, the rest is paid by the non-Cardholders directly to the Partner according to the Partner’s price list.

2.2.9. The User is obliged to comply with the rules of the Partner’s Facility in which it is located. The rules of the Partner’s Object always take precedence over these conditions.

2.2.10. The Services can be used during the operating hours of the Partner’s Facility (unless there are other limitations specified on the website in the details of the Partner’s Facility).

2.2.11. In order to ensure the satisfaction of Users, we recommend prior telephone contact with the Partner in order to reserve available places (e.g. for group lessons) and to specify the possibilities and conditions of using the services.

2.2.12. All information related to the availability of services can be obtained by calling the hotline number +420 220 188 700.

2.2.13. The Card User is entitled to use services within the my.multisport.cz platform.

2.3 Fraud Prevention Measures

2.3.1. The provider of the card’s employee (controller) or an authorized employee of the partner are entitled to verify the user’s identity by inspecting their personal document and to confiscate a card being used in violation of its purpose and these conditions.

2.3.2. Trading or any form of distribution of cards without the consent of the card Provider is prohibited.

In the event of cancellation after the 25th day of the month, the Card shall remain valid until the end of the following calendar month.

Card User: a child (until the end of the calendar month in which he/she reaches 15 years of age) using the Card entitled to use the services of the Partner specified in the contract concluded between the Partner and MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o. If the term “User” is used in the Terms and Conditions, it means the Child (hereinafter referred to as “User”).

1.3. Employer: an entity, that based on an agreement with MultiSport Benefit Ltd., enables its employees and their family members / accompanying people and children to use the MultiSport Program. 

1.4. Partner: a company providing sports and relaxation services. 

1.5. Partner Network: Partners, who accept the Card. The current list of Partners accepting the Card is available at https://mapa.multisport.cz

3.3. The user may cancel the card at any time by requesting it through the HR department of the employer, no later than the order deadline for the following month. Once the user exits the MultiSport program, they can rejoin it and reorder the card no earlier than 6 months from the date of card cancellation.

Complete Terms

1. Basic Terminology

1.1. MultiSport Silver Card: a non-transferable identifier linked to a specific individual in the form of an employee or accompanying person (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”). The card can be plastic or virtual. The virtual MultiSport Card is valid only when presented in the official My MultiSport application. 

1.2. Card User: a physical person using the Card authorized to use the services of the Partner specified in the agreement concluded between the Partner and MultiSport Benefit Ltd. If the term “User” is used in the conditions, it refers to the Employee and/or Accompanying person (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). 

1.3. Employer: an entity, that based on an agreement with MultiSport Benefit Ltd., enables its employees and their family members / accompanying people and children to use the MultiSport Program. 

1.4. Partner: a company providing sports and relaxation services. 

1.5. Partner Network: Partners, who accept the Card. The current list of Partners accepting the Card is available at https://mapa.multisport.cz

1.6. Partner Facility: spaces in which the Partner provides MultiSport Card Users with sports and relaxation services. 

1.7. Card Provider: MultiSport Benefit s.r.o company

2. Conditions of Card Usage

2.1 MultiSport Card

2.1.1 The Card can only be obtained through the Employer via the company MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.2 The dates and method of Card orders are governed by contractual agreements between the Employer and MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.3 The Card is issued in the name of the individual is non-transferable and must not be made accessible to other individuals. 

2.1.4 Any changes to the appearance of the Card are prohibited. 

2.1.5 Loss, destruction or theft of the Card must be reported immediately to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company (most often in the personnel/HR department). If a Card that was previously reported lost is found, it must be sent to the Card Provider or handed over to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company. 

2.1.6 The Card is the property of the Card Provider, who has the right to request the return of the Card if the User violates the conditions of Card usage (hereinafter referred to as “conditions”). The Provider also reserves the right to refuse the issuance of the Card to such a User in the future. Information about the violation of the conditions will be sent to the Employer. 

2.1.7 When ordering the Card, the User declares that they have familiarized themselves with the current conditions and unconditionally accepts them. 

2.1.8 The User has the option to request the issuance of one companion card for a close person over 15 years old and up to three children’s cards for children up to 15 years old. By canceling the employee card, the User loses the right to companion and children’s cards. The same rule applies to the issuance of cards, where without an employee card, companion cards cannot be issued. 

2.2 Card Usage

2.2.1. The card can be used every day for one free entry to the Partner Network. On the same day, the User can use 2 rides on a mechanical bike within Bike-sharing with Rekola and nextbike services. At the same time, the User can use the InBody device measurement, to which they are entitled once per calendar half-year (from 01/01 to 30/06 and from 01/07 to 31/12), i.e., 2 times a year. On the day when the User uses InBody at the Partner, he / she is also entitled to one more entry to the same or another Partner’s facility within the Partner Network.

2.2.2. Only Partners who have the note “additional payment required” in the details of the Partner’s Facility on the website will be charged an additional fee – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.3. The card can be used for one-time entries to Partner facilities. However, the card can not be used for courses organized by Partners. It can not be used to pay for other activities, except for the Partners mentioned in section 2.2.2, conditions. The card can only be used for activities listed on the Partner Object’s website – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.4. The card can not be used to purchase goods or services offered within the Partner Object (e.g., cosmetic services, tanning beds, massages, manicures, pedicures, protein drinks, bars, etc.).

2.2.5. Before using services with the plastic MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the user is required to present the card and identification at the reception and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). The card is valid only upon presenting a personal document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.). Before using services with the virtual MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the User must, in case of an unverified photo in the My MultiSport app, present an identification document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.) and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). In case of a verified photo, the user is only verified by the approved photo in the My MultiSport app. Scans of the card’s barcode in a mobile app or on a mobile phone or copied cards are not considered valid.

2.2.6. The user is required to sign legibly on the visit forms located at the Partner’s facility reception (if required).

2.2.7. In case of renting a tennis court for 2 to 4 people, where at least 2 people own the card, the court is free for 1 hour (60 minutes). If only one person owns the card, the other persons pay the remainder, i.e., ½ of the court directly to the partner according to their price list. In the case of renting a beach volleyball court, one card equals ¼ of the court price per hour. If there are fewer than four cards in the group, the remaining persons pay the Partner directly according to their price list. In the case of renting a bowling lane, one card equals ¼ of the lane price per hour.

2.2.8. The user is obliged to adhere to the regulations of the partner’s facility in which they are located. The regulations of the partner’s facility always take precedence over these conditions.

2.2.9. Services can be used during the operating hours of the partner’s facility (unless other restrictions are specified on the partner Object’s website details).

2.2.10. For the satisfaction of users, we recommend prior telephone contact with the partner for the purpose of reserving available slots (e.g., for group classes or InBody) and specifying the options and conditions for using the services.

2.2.11. All information related to the availability of services can be obtained from the hotline number +420 220 188 700.

2.2.12. The Cardholder is entitled to use services within the my.multisport.cz platform.

2.3 Fraud Prevention Measures

2.3.1. The provider of the card’s employee (controller) or an authorized employee of the partner are entitled to verify the user’s identity by inspecting their personal document and to confiscate a card being used in violation of its purpose and these conditions.

2.3.2. Trading or any form of distribution of cards without the consent of the card Provider is prohibited.

2.3.3. It is prohibited to use the card outside of the time period for which it was issued.

3. Final Provisions

3.1. The card provider reserves the right to make any changes to the current conditions.

3.2. The user may suspend the validity of the card indefinitely, only for serious health reasons. The request to suspend the user’s card must be reported to the card provider by the relevant employee of the personnel department of the employer no later than the last day of the calendar month. The card’s validity is then suspended from the 1st day of the following calendar month.

3.3. The user may cancel the card at any time by requesting it through the HR department of the employer, no later than the order deadline for the following month. Once the user exits the MultiSport program, they can rejoin it and reorder the card no earlier than 6 months from the date of card cancellation.

Since the end of the pandemic, the number of Czechs hindered in adopting a healthier lifestyle due to the lack of time has significantly increased. 68% of them cited it as the main barrier. There has also been an increase of one-third in those for whom the current financial affordability of sports in the Czech Republic is the biggest barrier. Investment in sports had to be limited in some way for 53% of Czechs. The economic crisis has an adverse effect on physical activity, especially for Czechs with lower incomes.

“People Have Less Time After COVID-19 And the Pressure of the Financial Crisis Has Also Started to Be Felt. Data shows that the current economic situation in the Czech Republic negatively affects the accessibility of sports for a total of 27% of Czechs. Since health and sports are closely linked to the financial and social situation of the population, those with lower income, education or position in the job market are the most vulnerable groups. The financial barriers are most evident in the South Bohemian, Moravian-Silesian, South Moravian, Karlovy Vary regions and in the Vysočina region,” explains Stanislav Radocha, NMS Market Research.

Czechs cite a lack of time or lack of will as the most common barriers to living a healthy lifestyle. Compared to 2021, the number of Czech athletes for whom financial demands represent one of the main obstacles has also increased from 7% of Czechs to 11%.

Almost Two-Thirds of Czechs Would Appreciate a Higher Contribution to Sports. Higher prices deter more than two-thirds of Czechs and on the contrary, only 36% of them are not discouraged by an increase in price of sports facilities and activities. In this financial pressure, 58% of Czechs would appreciate a higher contribution from the state to motivate them to engage in sports more frequently.


“Czechs would like to return to sports and regular physical activity after the end of the pandemic, but our survey shows that the current economic pressure is considered one of the main barriers. In the current situation, the Czech Republic can be primarily mobilized by the state. The government should support sports facilities, sports clubs and activities, simultaneously with employers, where motivation and benefits from employers can significantly increase the physical activity of employees. This has ultimately positive impacts on the state budget, which will reduce healthcare expenses in the medium term,” explains Miroslav Rech, CEO of MultiSport Benefit, the company that operates the popular MultiSport card.
