1. Basic Terminology

1.1. MultiSport Silver Card: a non-transferable identifier linked to a specific individual in the form of an employee or accompanying person (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”). The card can be plastic or virtual. The virtual MultiSport Card is valid only when presented in the official My MultiSport application. 

1.2. Card User: a physical person using the Card authorized to use the services of the Partner specified in the agreement concluded between the Partner and MultiSport Benefit Ltd. If the term “User” is used in the conditions, it refers to the Employee and/or Accompanying person (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). 

1.3. Employer: an entity, that based on an agreement with MultiSport Benefit Ltd., enables its employees and their family members / accompanying people and children to use the MultiSport Program. 

1.4. Partner: a company providing sports and relaxation services. 

1.5. Partner Network: Partners, who accept the Card. The current list of Partners accepting the Card is available at

1.6. Partner Facility: spaces in which the Partner provides MultiSport Card Users with sports and relaxation services. 

1.7. Card Provider: MultiSport Benefit s.r.o company

2. Conditions of Card Usage

2.1 MultiSport Card

2.1.1 The Card can only be obtained through the Employer via the company MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.2 The dates and method of Card orders are governed by contractual agreements between the Employer and MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.3 The Card is issued in the name of the individual is non-transferable and must not be made accessible to other individuals. 

2.1.4 Any changes to the appearance of the Card are prohibited. 

2.1.5 Loss, destruction or theft of the Card must be reported immediately to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company (most often in the personnel/HR department). If a Card that was previously reported lost is found, it must be sent to the Card Provider or handed over to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company. 

2.1.6 The Card is the property of the Card Provider, who has the right to request the return of the Card if the User violates the conditions of Card usage (hereinafter referred to as “conditions”). The Provider also reserves the right to refuse the issuance of the Card to such a User in the future. Information about the violation of the conditions will be sent to the Employer. 

2.1.7 When ordering the Card, the User declares that they have familiarized themselves with the current conditions and unconditionally accepts them. 

2.1.8 The User has the option to request the issuance of one companion card for a close person over 15 years old and up to three children’s cards for children up to 15 years old. By canceling the employee card, the User loses the right to companion and children’s cards. The same rule applies to the issuance of cards, where without an employee card, companion cards cannot be issued. 

2.2 Card Usage

2.2.1. The card can be used every day for one free entry to the Partner Network. On the same day, the User can use 2 rides on a mechanical bike within Bike-sharing with Rekola and nextbike services. At the same time, the User can use the InBody device measurement, to which they are entitled once per calendar half-year (from 01/01 to 30/06 and from 01/07 to 31/12), i.e., 2 times a year. On the day when the User uses InBody at the Partner, he / she is also entitled to one more entry to the same or another Partner’s facility within the Partner Network.

2.2.2. Only Partners who have the note “additional payment required” in the details of the Partner’s Facility on the website will be charged an additional fee –

2.2.3. The card can be used for one-time entries to Partner facilities. However, the card can not be used for courses organized by Partners. It can not be used to pay for other activities, except for the Partners mentioned in section 2.2.2, conditions. The card can only be used for activities listed on the Partner Object’s website –

2.2.4. The card can not be used to purchase goods or services offered within the Partner Object (e.g., cosmetic services, tanning beds, massages, manicures, pedicures, protein drinks, bars, etc.).

2.2.5. Before using services with the plastic MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the user is required to present the card and identification at the reception and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). The card is valid only upon presenting a personal document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.). Before using services with the virtual MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the User must, in case of an unverified photo in the My MultiSport app, present an identification document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.) and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). In case of a verified photo, the user is only verified by the approved photo in the My MultiSport app. Scans of the card’s barcode in a mobile app or on a mobile phone or copied cards are not considered valid.

2.2.6. The user is required to sign legibly on the visit forms located at the Partner’s facility reception (if required).

2.2.7. In case of renting a tennis court for 2 to 4 people, where at least 2 people own the card, the court is free for 1 hour (60 minutes). If only one person owns the card, the other persons pay the remainder, i.e., ½ of the court directly to the partner according to their price list. In the case of renting a beach volleyball court, one card equals ¼ of the court price per hour. If there are fewer than four cards in the group, the remaining persons pay the Partner directly according to their price list. In the case of renting a bowling lane, one card equals ¼ of the lane price per hour.

2.2.8. The user is obliged to adhere to the regulations of the partner’s facility in which they are located. The regulations of the partner’s facility always take precedence over these conditions.

2.2.9. Services can be used during the operating hours of the partner’s facility (unless other restrictions are specified on the partner Object’s website details).

2.2.10. For the satisfaction of users, we recommend prior telephone contact with the partner for the purpose of reserving available slots (e.g., for group classes or InBody) and specifying the options and conditions for using the services.

2.2.12. The Cardholder is entitled to use services within the platform.

2.3 Fraud Prevention Measures

2.3.1. The provider of the card’s employee (controller) or an authorized employee of the partner are entitled to verify the user’s identity by inspecting their personal document and to confiscate a card being used in violation of its purpose and these conditions.

2.3.2. Trading or any form of distribution of cards without the consent of the card Provider is prohibited.

2.3.3. It is prohibited to use the card outside of the time period for which it was issued.

3. Final Provisions

3.1. The card provider reserves the right to make any changes to the current conditions.

3.2. The user may suspend the validity of the card indefinitely, only for serious health reasons. The request to suspend the user’s card must be reported to the card provider by the relevant employee of the personnel department of the employer no later than the last day of the calendar month. The card’s validity is then suspended from the 1st day of the following calendar month.

3.3. The user may cancel the card at any time by requesting it through the HR department of the employer, no later than the order deadline for the following month. Once the user exits the MultiSport program, they can rejoin it and reorder the card no earlier than 6 months from the date of card cancellation.
