How does the card work?

Unlike traditional season tickets, MultiSportka allows you to visit any facility in our partner network in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The card can be used for one entry per day, twice a day to ride a bike from Nextbike or Rekola and once every six months to use the InBody body measurement.

Where can you use the card?

In our network you will find over 2700 sports and relaxation facilities throughout the Czech and Slovak Republic. You can discover a new super gym or your favourite sauna in the My Multisport app or on our interactive map. You can also find all the important information for each facility, such as opening hours, MultiSport support, etc.

It must be said that for many years we kept the price of the card the same and sort of turned a blind eye to what was happening “out there”. Unfortunately, inflation and ever fatter utility bills and rents have not escaped the fitness & wellness sector. And so came the long-delayed increase in MultiSport prices and with it an understandable wave of questions from their users. Is it still worth it?

And because no question should go unanswered, we set out (probably for the first time ever) to write an article about what we and our long-time clients see as the value of MultiSport.

The MultiSport card is a unique product on the Czech market, which has one goal since its inception: To make you feel better. But the card is just the beginning. We are committed to bringing you new experiences and opportunities for activity and relaxation, so we are constantly expanding our partner network, writing articles in collaboration with experts, making videos or going to castles and castles with you in the summer.

For every single entry to a gym, swimming pool or sauna, we send money to the partner venue, which thanks to us has a stable clientele and cash flow. We currently have more than 1,900 such places in our partner network. The most popular ones register tens to hundreds of thousands of entries per month with the MultiSport card.

The possibility to choose something different every day

Every year, our MultiSport Index research shows that MultiSport card users not only play sports more often than the rest of the population, but also like to rotate between multiple activities. It’s trying different sports without having to go to the commitment of a membership that our clients praise the most. “What our employees appreciate most about Multisport is the wide range of activities and the freedom to join fitness centres without having to buy memberships or passes. The most used are the entrances to the gym, group exercise classes, but also relaxation in the wellness centers. Team building or meeting friends for bowling or laser games cannot be omitted either,” shared Linda Púšová, Junior HR Generalist from Kiwi.com.

With MultiSport you also have the opportunity to take advantage of free body diagnostics twice a year using the InBody device. In My MultiSport we have prepared a series of videos in cooperation with nutrition therapist Šárka Knížková, in which we show you how to read the data from InBody correctly and, most importantly, how to use it for a healthier life.

Is it worth it then?

Especially in larger cities, one-off entry fees have jumped by tens of percent in recent years. It’s not uncommon for one group class in Prague to cost 300 CZK or more, which can be a real barrier to incorporating movement into your life. The option of a membership or season pass is usually more cost-effective compared to one-off entries, but it is tied to one particular venue, which may not suit everyone.

In contrast, a MultiSport membership gives you the freedom to choose from a range of sports venues and if you use it regularly, it’s simple maths. “Employees are asking for the MultiSport card benefit themselves. It is used by keen sports people as well as those who don’t go on a regular basis. Employees appreciate using the card for swimming pools, especially in summer, when it pays not to disturb the card,” explains Eva Bláhová from IMOS Brno, a.s.

“I like variety and it suits me to change sports facilities and try new ones. Our employer contributes half of the price of the MultiSport card, which is really good money,” one of the respondents to the MultiSport Index 2023 survey told us. The employer’s contribution is another great way to make sport even more accessible and to support the health and satisfaction of employees. Half of our clients choose the route of so-called co-funding or even full funding of MultiSport, and we know from long-term experience that this is definitely a fair and sustainable route.

“As a company, we perceive that regular exercise increases the overall resistance of the body and has a positive effect on the immunity and health of our employees. Autumn has arrived accompanied by sunshine and record temperatures. Everyone experiences this season in their own way, but all of us with a MultiSport Card, we can make it even more enjoyable. A rich selection of activities in partner facilities, from gyms to wellness centers across the country, offers plenty of opportunities to overcome the increasingly shorter days. A trip with the family to a castle or aquapark can certainly bring joy. And if you don’t feel like going out, explore our video library on My MultiSport, where you can work out from the comfort of your home.

When the morning run in the park is no longer lit by the sun but by the streetlights, it may be time to look for a gym that you might have on your way to work. The comfort of a well-equipped gym is very favorable for maintaining a healthy physical condition. Solitary individuals as well as lovers of group strength trainings will certainly appreciate the many options offered by the MultiSport partner network.

If you want to do something for your immunity so you don’t spend the end of the year under a blanket, we recommend visiting some of our partner saunas and wellness centers. Your body will not only warm up and relax, but when following the right procedure, it will also gain the necessary strength to face the challenges of chilly weather.

However, when the sky clears and there are no clouds in sight, take the opportunity to go on a trip with MultiSport to one of our castles or chateaus. Such a hike to the top of a tower or a long guided tour can easily be considered as cardio. You will learn something new and you can also take your family with you.

More and more people are adding regular swimming to their routine. It is an ideal activity for working out the whole body and improving blood circulation. Just choose one of the pools from our map and head out as well. And if you’re one of those who seek water more for fun, slide down in the water park! You can also take your children with you if you like.

If you rather stay dry, try yoga for example. This ancient activity brings balance to the body and soul for many people around the world. And if you have any doubts about whether this workout is right for you, watch the videos from the First Lesson series, where Kuba from MultiSport advises on how to start. You will learn, among other things, that yoga is truly for everyone.

There are many videos to choose from on the My MultiSport platform. You can learn something interesting from them, like in the aforementioned First Lesson or even work out with one of the coaches. You can read interesting facts, tips for new activities or articles about healthy eating in the blog. However, the most popular section is the rewards section, where we regularly add various discounts. For example, now you can get your customized vitamins most advantageously, take tests for a better understanding of your body or enjoy a month of computer games for free.

At the same time, it is still possible to redeem existing rewards on My MultiSport, such as the 5% discount on the Aktin.cz e-shop. You will have better control over your mental health with an annual premium membership in the VOS Health app. And because fortune favors the prepared ones, we also have a discount on home, vehicle or health insurance with Pillow.

Don’t forget that even in autumn, with MultiSport, you can ride shared bikes from nextbike or Rekola, even if you’ve already had a workout that day. Because a bike ride through an autumn city, that’s a romance not easily beatable. And you’re also doing something for your body!

Complete Terms

1. Basic Terminology

1.1. MultiSport FKSP Card: a non-transferable identifier that is linked to a specific person in the form of an employee or an accompanying person of an employee (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”). The Card may be plastic or virtual. The Virtual MultiSport Card is only valid when presented in the official My MultiSport application.

1.2. Card User: a natural person using the Card entitled to use all services of the Partner specified in the contract concluded between the Partner and MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o. If the term “User” is used in the Terms and Conditions, it means the Employee and/or the Accompanying Person (hereinafter referred to as “User”).

1.3.Employer: an entity which, on the basis of a contract with MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o., enables the use of the MultiSport Programme by its Employees and their family members / Accompanying Persons and Children. It manages the Cultural and Social Needs Fund.

1.4. Partner: a company providing sports and relaxation services. 

1.5. Partner Network: Partners, who accept the Card. The current list of Partners accepting the Card is available at https://mapa.multisport.cz

1.6. Partner Facility: spaces in which the Partner provides MultiSport Card Users with sports and relaxation services. 

1.7. Card Provider: MultiSport Benefit s.r.o company

2. Conditions of Card Usage

2.1 MultiSport Card

2.1.1 The Card can only be obtained through the Employer via the company MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.2 The dates and method of Card orders are governed by contractual agreements between the Employer and MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.3 The Card is issued in the name of the individual is non-transferable and must not be made accessible to other individuals. 

2.1.4 Any changes to the appearance of the Card are prohibited. 

2.1.5 Loss, destruction or theft of the Card must be reported immediately to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company (most often in the personnel/HR department). If a Card that was previously reported lost is found, it must be sent to the Card Provider or handed over to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company. 

2.1.6 The Card is the property of the Card Provider, who has the right to request the return of the Card if the User violates the conditions of Card usage (hereinafter referred to as “conditions”). The Provider also reserves the right to refuse the issuance of the Card to such a User in the future. Information about the violation of the conditions will be sent to the Employer. 

2.1.7 When ordering the Card, the User declares that they have familiarized themselves with the current conditions and unconditionally accepts them. 

2.1.8 The User has the option to request the issuance of one companion card for a close person over 15 years old and up to three children’s cards for children up to 15 years old. By canceling the employee card, the User loses the right to companion and children’s cards. The same rule applies to the issuance of cards, where without an employee card, companion cards cannot be issued. 

2.2 Card Usage

2.2.1. The card can be used every day for one free entry to the Partner Network. On the same day, the User can use 2 rides on a mechanical bike within Bike-sharing with Rekola and nextbike services. At the same time, the User can use the InBody device measurement, to which they are entitled once per calendar half-year (from 01/01 to 30/06 and from 01/07 to 31/12), i.e., 2 times a year. On the day when the User uses InBody at the Partner, he / she is also entitled to one more entry to the same or another Partner’s facility within the Partner Network.

2.2.2. Only Partners who have the note “additional payment required” in the details of the Partner’s Facility on the website will be charged an additional fee – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.3. The card can be used for one-time entries to Partner facilities. However, the card can not be used for courses organized by Partners. It can not be used to pay for other activities, except for the Partners mentioned in section 2.2.2, conditions. The card can only be used for activities listed on the Partner Object’s website – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.4. The card can not be used to purchase goods or services offered within the Partner Object (e.g., cosmetic services, tanning beds, massages, manicures, pedicures, protein drinks, bars, etc.).

2.2.5. Before using services with the plastic MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the user is required to present the card and identification at the reception and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). The card is valid only upon presenting a personal document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.). Before using services with the virtual MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the User must, in case of an unverified photo in the My MultiSport app, present an identification document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.) and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). In case of a verified photo, the user is only verified by the approved photo in the My MultiSport app. Scans of the card’s barcode in a mobile app or on a mobile phone or copied cards are not considered valid.

2.2.6. The user is required to sign legibly on the visit forms located at the Partner’s facility reception (if required).

2.2.7. In case of renting a tennis court for 2 to 4 people, where at least 2 people own the card, the court is free for 1 hour (60 minutes). If only one person owns the card, the other persons pay the remainder, i.e., ½ of the court directly to the partner according to their price list. In the case of renting a beach volleyball court, one card equals ¼ of the court price per hour. If there are fewer than four cards in the group, the remaining persons pay the Partner directly according to their price list. In the case of renting a bowling lane, one card equals ¼ of the lane price per hour.

2.2.8. The user is obliged to adhere to the regulations of the partner’s facility in which they are located. The regulations of the partner’s facility always take precedence over these conditions.

2.2.9. Services can be used during the operating hours of the partner’s facility (unless other restrictions are specified on the partner Object’s website details).

2.2.10. For the satisfaction of users, we recommend prior telephone contact with the partner for the purpose of reserving available slots (e.g., for group classes or InBody) and specifying the options and conditions for using the services.

2.2.11. All information related to the availability of services can be obtained from the hotline number +420 220 188 700.

2.2.12. The Cardholder is entitled to use services within the my.multisport.cz platform.

2.3 Fraud Prevention Measures

2.3.1. The provider of the card’s employee (controller) or an authorized employee of the partner are entitled to verify the user’s identity by inspecting their personal document and to confiscate a card being used in violation of its purpose and these conditions.

2.3.2. Trading or any form of distribution of cards without the consent of the card Provider is prohibited.

2.3.3. It is prohibited to use the card outside of the time period for which it was issued.

3. Final Provisions

3.1. The card provider reserves the right to make any changes to the current conditions.

3.2. The user may suspend the validity of the card indefinitely, only for serious health reasons. The request to suspend the user’s card must be reported to the card provider by the relevant employee of the personnel department of the employer no later than the last day of the calendar month. The card’s validity is then suspended from the 1st day of the following calendar month.

3.3. The user may cancel the card at any time by requesting it through the HR department of the employer, no later than the order deadline for the following month. Once the user exits the MultiSport program, they can rejoin it and reorder the card no earlier than 6 months from the date of card cancellation.

If a Card that was previously reported lost is found, it must be sent to the Card Provider or handed over to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company. 

2.1.6 The Card is the property of the Card Provider, who has the right to request the return of the Card if the User violates the conditions of Card usage (hereinafter referred to as “conditions”). The Provider also reserves the right to refuse the issuance of the Card to such a User in the future. Information about the violation of the conditions will be sent to the Employer. 

2.1.7 When ordering the Card, the User declares that they have familiarized themselves with the current conditions and unconditionally accepts them. 

2.1.8 The User has the option to request the issuance of one companion card for a close person over 15 years old and up to three children’s cards for children up to 15 years old. By canceling the employee card, the User loses the right to companion and children’s cards. The same rule applies to the issuance of cards, where without an employee card, companion cards cannot be issued. 

2.2 Card Usage

2.2.1. The card can be used every day for one free entry to the Partner Network. On the same day, the User can use 2 rides on a mechanical bike within Bike-sharing with Rekola and nextbike services. At the same time, the User can use the InBody device measurement, to which they are entitled once per calendar half-year (from 01/01 to 30/06 and from 01/07 to 31/12), i.e., 2 times a year. On the day when the User uses InBody at the Partner, he / she is also entitled to one more entry to the same or another Partner’s facility within the Partner Network.

2.2.2. Only Partners who have the note “additional payment required” in the details of the Partner’s Facility on the website will be charged an additional fee – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.3. The card can be used for one-time entries to Partner facilities. However, the card can not be used for courses organized by Partners. It can not be used to pay for other activities, except for the Partners mentioned in section 2.2.2, conditions. The card can only be used for activities listed on the Partner Object’s website – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.4. The card can not be used to purchase goods or services offered within the Partner Object (e.g., cosmetic services, tanning beds, massages, manicures, pedicures, protein drinks, bars, etc.).

2.2.5. Before using services with the plastic MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the user is required to present the card and identification at the reception and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). The card is valid only upon presenting a personal document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.). Before using services with the virtual MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the User must, in case of an unverified photo in the My MultiSport app, present an identification document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.) and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). In case of a verified photo, the user is only verified by the approved photo in the My MultiSport app. Scans of the card’s barcode in a mobile app or on a mobile phone or copied cards are not considered valid.

2.2.6. The user is required to sign legibly on the visit forms located at the Partner’s facility reception (if required).

2.2.7. In case of renting a tennis court for 2 to 4 people, where at least 2 people own the card, the court is free for 1 hour (60 minutes). If only one person owns the card, the other persons pay the remainder, i.e., ½ of the court directly to the partner according to their price list. In the case of renting a beach volleyball court, one card equals ¼ of the court price per hour. If there are fewer than four cards in the group, the remaining persons pay the Partner directly according to their price list. In the case of renting a bowling lane, one card equals ¼ of the lane price per hour.

2.2.8. The user is obliged to adhere to the regulations of the partner’s facility in which they are located. The regulations of the partner’s facility always take precedence over these conditions.

2.2.9. Services can be used during the operating hours of the partner’s facility (unless other restrictions are specified on the partner Object’s website details).

2.2.10. For the satisfaction of users, we recommend prior telephone contact with the partner for the purpose of reserving available slots (e.g., for group classes or InBody) and specifying the options and conditions for using the services.

2.2.11. All information related to the availability of services can be obtained from the hotline number +420 220 188 700.

2.2.12. The Cardholder is entitled to use services within the my.multisport.cz platform.

2.3 Fraud Prevention Measures

2.3.1. The provider of the card’s employee (controller) or an authorized employee of the partner are entitled to verify the user’s identity by inspecting their personal document and to confiscate a card being used in violation of its purpose and these conditions.

2.3.2. Trading or any form of distribution of cards without the consent of the card Provider is prohibited.

2.3.3. It is prohibited to use the card outside of the time period for which it was issued.

3. Final Provisions

3.1. The card provider reserves the right to make any changes to the current conditions.

3.2. The user may suspend the validity of the card indefinitely, only for serious health reasons. The request to suspend the user’s card must be reported to the card provider by the relevant employee of the personnel department of the employer no later than the last day of the calendar month. The card’s validity is then suspended from the 1st day of the following calendar month.

3.3. The user may cancel the card at any time by requesting it through the HR department of the employer, no later than the order deadline for the following month. Once the user exits the MultiSport program, they can rejoin it and reorder the card no earlier than 6 months from the date of card cancellation.

Purpose of processing: Social media sites – statistical purposes (joint controllers with the company Facebook)

Legal basis of processing: legitimate interest (Article 6, par. 1, letter f) of Directive), which is obtaining of personal data on the basis of legal basis of the original purpose and their further processing for statistical purposes for using Facebook network according to Article 89 of the Directive. The legitimate interest is obtaining, that is the processing of multiple data, mostly demographic data of the target group such as data relating to age, gender, marital status, occupation, lifestyle and interests of visitors of fanpage. The Company has set the parameters also according to the target group as well as the goals of managing or supporting its activities, which has an impact on the personal data processing for the purpose of compiling the statistics obtained from the site visits. In the case of Facebook, the Company may, using the filters provided by Facebook, define the criteria on the basis of which these statistics are to be compiled, as well as the categories of persons whose data will be used by Facebook. The Company, as the owner and administrator of the fanpage on Facebook, therefore contributes to the processing of personal data of visitors. All this information allows the Company e.g. find out the profile of visitors who positively rate the fanpage, in order to offer more relevant content and develop features that visitors might be more interested in.

6. COMMON INFORMATION ON YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

What rights do you have in relation to your personal data we process?

The processing of your personal data is governed by the following rights under the applicable legal regulations (especially Directive) that you may exercise under the determined terms and conditions at any time by contacting us in any of the ways listed in Part 1 (General Information) of this Privacy Policy. The specific conditions under which the following rights may be exercised are further set out in Directive.

Right to access the personal data

You have the right to access your personal data that we retain as a data controller.

If our Company processes your personal data, you have the right to obtain the following information about its processing in particular: the categories of processed personal data, the purpose of the processing, the period for which the personal data will be retained, the recipients or the categories of recipients to whom the personal data will be made available.

Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of the processed personal data.

The right to request correction of the personal data

You have the right to request the correction and completion of your personal data if our Company processes incorrect or incomplete personal data about you.

You can update the personal data you have provided us at any time. Depending on the purpose of the processing, the changes may be made in accordance with the terms of the services you use or the method outlined above.

If we receive a notification from you that some of your personal data we process is no longer up to date, we will correct your personal data based on your information, provided that the change can be made. Data update can take up to 48 hours, which is connected with the technical conditions of our systems.

Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

If your personal data is processed upon your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If you want to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, simply contact us in one of the ways listed in the Privacy Policy above.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail message we sent to you. Withdrawal of consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal.

If you believe that during the personal data processing there has been a breach of the obligations set by the legislation on the protection of personal data (in particular Directive and Data Protection Act) you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or a different competent supervisory authority of a member state of the European Union that is responsible for supervising of adherence to the obligations laid down by the Directive (in particular the supervisory authority in the member state of your residence, the location of employment or the place of the alleged violation).

7. AMENDMENTS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We periodically review and update this Privacy Policy in connection with amendments to the applicable legal regulations, changes in the scope of our processing of personal data, and our efforts to improve the level of security of your personal data and the quality of our services.

Complete Terms

1. Basic Terminology

1.1. MultiSport Silver Card: a non-transferable identifier linked to a specific individual in the form of an employee or accompanying person (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”). The card can be plastic or virtual. The virtual MultiSport Card is valid only when presented in the official My MultiSport application. 

1.2. Card User: a physical person using the Card authorized to use the services of the Partner specified in the agreement concluded between the Partner and MultiSport Benefit Ltd. If the term “User” is used in the conditions, it refers to the Employee and/or Accompanying person (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). 

1.3. Employer: an entity, that based on an agreement with MultiSport Benefit Ltd., enables its employees and their family members / accompanying people and children to use the MultiSport Program. 

1.4. Partner: a company providing sports and relaxation services. 

1.5. Partner Network: Partners, who accept the Card. The current list of Partners accepting the Card is available at https://mapa.multisport.cz

1.6. Partner Facility: spaces in which the Partner provides MultiSport Card Users with sports and relaxation services. 

1.7. Card Provider: MultiSport Benefit s.r.o company

2. Conditions of Card Usage

2.1 MultiSport Card

2.1.1 The Card can only be obtained through the Employer via the company MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.2 The dates and method of Card orders are governed by contractual agreements between the Employer and MultiSport Benefit Ltd.

2.1.3 The Card is issued in the name of the individual is non-transferable and must not be made accessible to other individuals. 

2.1.4 Any changes to the appearance of the Card are prohibited. 

2.1.5 Loss, destruction or theft of the Card must be reported immediately to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company (most often in the personnel/HR department). If a Card that was previously reported lost is found, it must be sent to the Card Provider or handed over to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company. 

2.1.6 The Card is the property of the Card Provider, who has the right to request the return of the Card if the User violates the conditions of Card usage (hereinafter referred to as “conditions”). The Provider also reserves the right to refuse the issuance of the Card to such a User in the future. Information about the violation of the conditions will be sent to the Employer. 

2.1.7 When ordering the Card, the User declares that they have familiarized themselves with the current conditions and unconditionally accepts them. 

2.1.8 The User has the option to request the issuance of one companion card for a close person over 15 years old and up to three children’s cards for children up to 15 years old. By canceling the employee card, the User loses the right to companion and children’s cards. The same rule applies to the issuance of cards, where without an employee card, companion cards cannot be issued. 

2.2 Card Usage

2.2.1. The card can be used every day for one free entry to the Partner Network. On the same day, the User can use 2 rides on a mechanical bike within Bike-sharing with Rekola and nextbike services. At the same time, the User can use the InBody device measurement, to which they are entitled once per calendar half-year (from 01/01 to 30/06 and from 01/07 to 31/12), i.e., 2 times a year. On the day when the User uses InBody at the Partner, he / she is also entitled to one more entry to the same or another Partner’s facility within the Partner Network.

2.2.2. Only Partners who have the note “additional payment required” in the details of the Partner’s Facility on the website will be charged an additional fee – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.3. The card can be used for one-time entries to Partner facilities. However, the card can not be used for courses organized by Partners. It can not be used to pay for other activities, except for the Partners mentioned in section 2.2.2, conditions. The card can only be used for activities listed on the Partner Object’s website – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.4. The card can not be used to purchase goods or services offered within the Partner Object (e.g., cosmetic services, tanning beds, massages, manicures, pedicures, protein drinks, bars, etc.).

2.2.5. Before using services with the plastic MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the user is required to present the card and identification at the reception and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). The card is valid only upon presenting a personal document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.). Before using services with the virtual MultiSport Card at the Partner Object, the User must, in case of an unverified photo in the My MultiSport app, present an identification document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.) and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). In case of a verified photo, the user is only verified by the approved photo in the My MultiSport app. Scans of the card’s barcode in a mobile app or on a mobile phone or copied cards are not considered valid.

2.2.6. The user is required to sign legibly on the visit forms located at the Partner’s facility reception (if required).

2.2.7. In case of renting a tennis court for 2 to 4 people, where at least 2 people own the card, the court is free for 1 hour (60 minutes). If only one person owns the card, the other persons pay the remainder, i.e., ½ of the court directly to the partner according to their price list. In the case of renting a beach volleyball court, one card equals ¼ of the court price per hour. If there are fewer than four cards in the group, the remaining persons pay the Partner directly according to their price list. In the case of renting a bowling lane, one card equals ¼ of the lane price per hour.

2.2.8. The user is obliged to adhere to the regulations of the partner’s facility in which they are located. The regulations of the partner’s facility always take precedence over these conditions.

2.2.9. Services can be used during the operating hours of the partner’s facility (unless other restrictions are specified on the partner Object’s website details).

2.2.10. For the satisfaction of users, we recommend prior telephone contact with the partner for the purpose of reserving available slots (e.g., for group classes or InBody) and specifying the options and conditions for using the services.

2.2.11. All information related to the availability of services can be obtained from the hotline number +420 220 188 700.

2.2.12. The Cardholder is entitled to use services within the my.multisport.cz platform.

2.3 Fraud Prevention Measures

2.3.1. The provider of the card’s employee (controller) or an authorized employee of the partner are entitled to verify the user’s identity by inspecting their personal document and to confiscate a card being used in violation of its purpose and these conditions.

2.3.2. Trading or any form of distribution of cards without the consent of the card Provider is prohibited.

2.3.3. It is prohibited to use the card outside of the time period for which it was issued.

3. Final Provisions

3.1. The card provider reserves the right to make any changes to the current conditions.

3.2. The user may suspend the validity of the card indefinitely, only for serious health reasons. The request to suspend the user’s card must be reported to the card provider by the relevant employee of the personnel department of the employer no later than the last day of the calendar month. The card’s validity is then suspended from the 1st day of the following calendar month.

3.3. The user may cancel the card at any time by requesting it through the HR department of the employer, no later than the order deadline for the following month. Once the user exits the MultiSport program, they can rejoin it and reorder the card no earlier than 6 months from the date of card cancellation.
