The Tax-Deductible Limit for Leisure Benefits Is Increasing. What Does 2025 Bring for Your Employees and Your Company?

The new year brings great news – starting January 2025, the tax-deductible limit for corporate leisure benefits will increase to CZK 23,278 per year, which is CZK 1,294 more than in 2024. This change opens new opportunities for employers who wish to support the well-being and health of their employees. Leisure benefits include the MultiSport card, which, thanks to the increased limit, can become even more accessible for your employees.

The increased limit of CZK 1,294 provides companies with more room to contribute to leisure benefits – including the MultiSport card. For instance, if your company uses a co-financing model, you can offer your employees up to an additional CZK 100 per month. This change will be appreciated not only by current users but may also motivate those who have been considering the card.
