How can you start using your MultiSport card abroad?

1. Download the My MultiSport app and follow the instructions to activate your virtual card.

2. Find a facility in Czechia (or in the country where your card was issued) that offers identity verification.
You can find it on the map below.

3. Visit the selected facility, present your ID, and have your virtual card verified.

4. Once verified, you can start using partner facilities in Czechia and other participating countries that accept the MultiSport card.

No, your card only needs to be active in your home country. It can only be activated in the country where it was issued.
Yes. The network of international partners will gradually expand and be updated on the International Activities Map.

No. For international use, only the virtual card in the My MultiSport app is accepted.
Yes. To use the service abroad, you need to have a verified profile in the My MultiSport app. Once you have activated your card in the app, find a facility in Czechia that offers identity verification on the Activities Map. When you visit the facility, present your ID so that your identity can be verified. Once the verification is complete, you can use your card to access all available facilities in Czechia and abroad.
