MultiSport Abroad
With your virtual MultiSport card, you can enjoy sport and relaxation in six countries. Access is available at selected facilities only.
Before your visit, have your photo verified in the country where your card was issued.
International visits are available exclusively to holders of virtual employee and accompanying cards.

Where can you use your card?
Abroad, you can only use your card at facilities listed on the International Activities Map. Select a country and check the activities available and the entry conditions at your chosen facility before visiting.
How to start using your MultiSport card abroad
Set up your virtual card.
Download the My MultiSport app and register your card. In the My Card section, select the option to switch to a virtual card. Upload your photo and enter your phone number.
Find a facility where you can have your photo verified.
Use the International Activities Map to find a facility in Czechia that offers identity verification. If your card was issued in another country, you must complete the verification there.
Have your photo verified before you travel.
Visit your chosen facility, show your virtual card in the app and present an identity document. The staff will verify the photo in your profile.
Choose a facility to visit abroad.
Once your photo has been verified, you can use your card at facilities abroad listed on the International Activities Map.
Changed your photo or phone?
You will need to have your photo verified again in person in the country where your card was issued. If you are travelling abroad, make sure you complete the verification before you leave.
FAQ
No. For international visits, you can only use a virtual card in the My MultiSport app with a verified photo. If your virtual card is already set up and your photo is verified, you don’t need to change anything before travelling abroad.
Yes. The network of international partners will gradually expand and be updated on the International Activities Map.
You can use your card for one visit per day in total, regardless of which country you visit.
InBody measurements and bikesharing are not included in international visits.
No. Only the virtual card in the My MultiSport app can be used internationally. An exception applies between Czechia and Slovakia, where plastic cards are also accepted until 31 December 2026.
To use your card abroad, you must have a verified photo in the My MultiSport app. Verification takes place in person at a facility offering this service in the country where your card was issued. You can find a suitable facility on the International Activities Map.
Bring your phone with your virtual card and an identity document. If you change your photo or phone, you must have your photo verified again in person in the country where your card was issued. Make sure you complete verification before travelling abroad.
Check that the facility is listed on the International Activities Map and that your photo has been verified in the My MultiSport app.

- The date and time of your visit
- Your MultiSport card number
