The MultiSport Card is a leisure time employee benefit that allows you to have one free or discounted entry to a network of recreational and sports facilities throughout the Czech Republic and try out a diverse range of activities. In addition to the standard entry, you can ride shared bikes twice a day for 60 minutes and measure yourself once every 6 months using the InBody device. The card can also be used in Slovakia.
The MultiSport Card is active from the validity date stated on the back of the card. Just familiarize yourself with the terms of use and then choose where to go! Always present your MultiSport Card together with an identification card with a photograph upon entering the facilities.
Unfortunately not. The cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder listed on the card.
You have the option to order an accompanying card and up to three children’s cards for family members or partners in addition to your employee card. They are always directly linked to the employee’s MultiSport Card, so it is not possible to order them separately. Contact your employer to see if you have the option to order these cards.
All cards work for entry to the facilities independently. The holder of an accompanying or children’s card can visit the facilities independently of the holder of the employee’s MultiSport Card.
An accompanying MultiSport Card can be obtained exclusively for family members or life partners, not for friends. One employee card can obtain one accompanying card for an adult and up to three children’s cards, valid until the age of 15. However, it is up to your employer to allow you to order these cards, so contact your HR department.
What is the MultiSport LITE card?
It is a pilot (test) run of a new product intended only for new clients. The card has limited validity and can only be used in the following regions: South Bohemian, Karlovy Vary, Hradec Králové, Olomouc, Pardubice, Ústí nad Labem, Vysočina, and Zlín.
With the MultiSport LITE card, you can access one entry per day to a partner sports facility in the specified regions, use bike-sharing twice a day for 60 minutes, and get an InBody measurement once per calendar half-year.
It is not possible to order companion or children’s cards with this card, and it can be used in both “plastic” and “virtual” forms.
It depends on the specific cooperation between MultiSport Benefit and your employer. The standard procedure is that the validity of the card ends on the last day of your current employment.
The card is not functional in this case, so you can discard it and recycle it.
Order a duplicate/new card the same way you ordered your MultiSport card before. We will issue and send you a new card free of charge within five working days. During this transition period, you are responsible for paying for activities and it is not possible to request a refund. If necessary, contact your HR department or our helpline.
Inquire with your HR department if this is possible and under what conditions you can suspend the card. Suspension is only possible for health reasons. In other cases, the card must be canceled with the option of renewal after the six-month stop period expires. The stop period does not apply if you change employers.
We are constantly expanding our partner network, including based on your recommendations. If you have a favorite facility that does not accept MultiSport Cards yet, simply fill out this form. If the facility meets the inclusion criteria, we will be happy to contact them.

You can use the card in Slovakia according to the conditions of the respective facility. Find activities at multi-sport.sk.
Entry is free to almost 98% of the facilities. If not, we specify it directly in the details of the specific partner on mapa.multisport.cz under the surcharge filter or in the terms of use of the MultiSport Card. The facility may additionally require, for example, a refundable deposit for reservations or a lock. MultiSport card does not cover these services.
A refund can only be claimed if you have a valid MultiSport Card and have proven it at the entrance. This includes, for example, technical reasons when the card cannot be read. In this case, pay for the entrance and keep the receipt. Then fill out the complaint form, and if your request is approved, the amount will be refunded within 30 days of submission.

You can also pay for the entrance and then send the receipt through the complaint form. If your request is approved, the amount will be refunded within 30 days of submission.
