To download and use the MultiSport Student Card, you must have the region in Google Play and App Store set to the Czech Republic.

Warning! You can only change it once in a certain period of time, so think carefully about the change. Unfortunately, without the correct region set for the card, you won’t be able to access it.

You can change your payment card in the My MultiSport web portal.

In such a case, you will be notified by email of the declined payment and you will have 48 hours to change your payment card or increase the balance in your account, then the payment will be attempted again. If it is still not possible to make the payment, your MultiSport Card will be inactive from the following month.

1. First of all, it’s definitely worth checking if the correct payment card is added and if there is enough money on it. There may also be a limit set for online payments on the card.
2. Then contact your bank. Often it is a problem on the bank’s side and unfortunately we cannot help with that.
3. If there is still no problem there, contact our helpline.

The card can be paid for by debit or credit card, which you enter during the initial application. At any time during the card’s life, you can change your payment card in the my.multisport.cz portal.

The deadline for ordering the card for the next month is the 25th day of the month.

The cancellation for the next month must be done by the 25th day of the month.

Yes, you can reactivate a deactivated card via the portal my.multisport.cz under the conditions described in the currently valid Product Terms.

If you are sure that the sports facility accepts the MultiSport Student Card, try emphasizing at the reception that the card can only be used for student entry, which the facility should have available in the system.

If the entry cannot be processed even then, please pay for it in cash/card, keep the receipt, and then fill out the complaint form. We will try to resolve it as quickly as possible (it may take up to 30 days, but we are usually faster).

The card is valid at contracted partners within the student network. You can find the current list of partners accepting the student card, their services, and conditions under the Student filter in our map. Bikesharing from Rekola and Nextbike is also available for this product. In addition to standard entries, you can enjoy 4 hours of bike sharing per month, with a maximum of 2 rides per day. Rental is valid only for mechanical bikes.

The card allows free entry to selected network of the leading Czech sports facilities. It allows you to discover new places, try various types of activities, find out what you enjoy, and thus have regular healthy exercise. In order to make it financially attractive for them, we adjusted the number of entries to keep the price as low as possible.

Yes, you can use all 4 entries on the card within one day. You can also use 2 out of the total of 4 rides for Bikesharing in one day. (Rekola, Nextbike).

The student card is only available in virtual form. If you still have the plastic card from the pilot version and want the virtual one, you need to switch it in the official My MultiSport app. However, you cannot use them simultaneously, and when switching to virtual, the plastic one will cease to function.

Yes. Download My MultiSport app from Google Play or the App Store, register with same credentials as when applying for the card and activate your virtual card on your phone directly in the app. But beware, when switching to a virtual card, the plastic card will cease to be valid.

V současné době není vydání plastové karty MultiSport Student možné. Vydávání plastových karet bylo nahrazeno virtuální kartou, která je v mnoha ohledech lepší (např. ekologie a logistika).

Momentálně není možné bez správně nastaveného regionu (Česká republika) v Google play nebo App Store aplikaci My MultiSport stáhnout a používat tak MultiSport Student.
