The MultiSport Card is a leisure time employee benefit that allows you to have one free or discounted entry to a network of recreational and sports facilities throughout the Czech Republic and try out a diverse range of activities. In addition to the standard entry, you can ride shared bikes twice a day for 60 minutes and measure yourself once every 6 months using the InBody device. The card can also be used in Slovakia.
The card is active from the validity date, which is stated on the back of the MultiSport Card. You just need to familiarize yourself with the terms of use and then choose where to go according to your preference! When entering the facility, it is necessary to always present your MultiSport Card together with a photo identification document.

Within the services provided, the settlement period corresponds to one calendar month. We only charge you for the active MultiSport Cards.
The basic payment term is 14 days.
Cooperation involves minimal administrative work and is commitment-free. After establishing cooperation, you gain access to the client zone for all the card management tasks. You also have access to your dedicated contact person from MultiSport.

Yes, updating the number of cards is possible no later than the 18th day of the month for the following month through the client zone. If needed, please contact your MultiSport representative.
External collaborators or individuals with a work agreement can also use the MultiSport card, but employees on full-time contracts must constitute at least a majority. Your MultiSport sales representative will provide you with details regarding this option.
Cooperation is not bound by administrative or handling fees. It’s up to you how and from which sources you want to finance the MultiSport Cards. The most common solutions are financing from:
- company operating funds,
- payment by the employee (monthly deduction from salary or funds from Cafeteria),
- or a combination of the two previous financing methods.
This decision is entirely up to you. Mutual cooperation is governed by a written contract for an indefinite period with a one-month notice period. Moreover, it is possible to terminate the contract at any time without stating a reason.
Look for activities and facilities at mapa.multisport.cz. You can filter by location or type of activity. Don’t forget to set the correct type of card you are using (Silver, FKSP, Child, Student) in the filter.
ON THE EMPLOYER’S SIDE
In comparison to wages, the company does not pay social and health insurance contributions from the card contribution, which amounts to 33.8%. However, unlike wages, it is a non-deductible expense for tax purposes, so the company cannot reduce its tax base by the amount of its contribution to the card. What does this mean? Still, it represents a saving in the company’s overall costs (by 8.4% – the difference between paying 19% income tax on non-deductible expenses versus paying social and health insurance contributions for the company which are tax-deductible expenses), compared to if the company increased the employees’ salaries.
ON THE EMPLOYEE’S SIDE
Besides not having to pay health and social insurance contributions from the employer’s contribution for the card, this benefit is also exempt from income tax because it is a non-monetary benefit according to §6 para. 9 letter d) of the Income Tax Act. If the employee partially or fully pays for the card, the card’s price is always deducted from the net salary of the employee.
