MultiSport LITE card
It is possible to obtain this card following the issuance of the employee card.
Every day, the cardholder is entitled to one free admission to the network of partner facilities in selected regions – mapa.multisport.cz
In addition to the standard entry, the cardholder is entitled to 2 bike-sharing rides per day and 2 body composition measurements InBody per year.

1. Basic Terminology
1.1. MultiSport LITE Card: a non-transferable identifier tied to a specific individual in the form of an employee (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”). The Card can be either plastic or virtual. The virtual MultiSport Card is valid only if presented in the official My MultiSport application.
The LITE Card can be used only in the Czech Republic in the following regions:
South Bohemia (Jihočeský kraj)
- South Bohemia (Jihočeský kraj)
- Karlovy Vary Region (Karlovarský kraj)
- Hradec Králové Region (Královéhradecký kraj)
- Olomouc Region (Olomoucký kraj)
- Pardubice Region (Pardubický kraj)
- Ústí nad Labem Region (Ústecký kraj)
- Vysočina Region (kraj Vysočina)
- Zlín Region (Zlínský kraj)
1.2. Card User: a natural person authorized to use the Card and to utilize the services provided by a Partner under a contract between the Partner and MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o. Where the conditions refer to the “User,” they mean the Employee (hereinafter the “User”).
1.3. Employer: an entity which, on the basis of an agreement with MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o., enables its Employees to use the MultiSport Program.
1.4. Partner: a company providing sports and relaxation services.
1.5. Partner Network: Partners who accept the Card. The current list of Partners accepting the Card is available at mapa.multisport.cz.
1.6. Partner’s Facility: the premises in which the Partner provides sports and relaxation services to MultiSport Card Users.
1.7. Card Provider: MultiSport Benefit s.r.o.
2. Conditions for Using the Card
2.1. MultiSport Card
2.1.1. The Card can only be obtained through one’s Employer, via MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o.
2.1.2. The deadlines and method for ordering Cards are governed by the contractual terms agreed between the Employer and MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o.
2.1.3. The Card is issued in the User’s name, is non-transferable, and must not be made available to other persons.
2.1.4. It is forbidden to make any changes to the appearance of the Card.
2.1.5. Any loss, destruction, or theft of the Card must be reported immediately to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company (usually the HR department). If a Card that was previously reported lost is found, it must be sent back to the Card Provider or handed over to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company.
2.1.6. The Card remains the property of the Card Provider, who has the right to request its return if the User violates these Conditions for Use of the Card (hereinafter the “Conditions”). The Card Provider also reserves the right to refuse reissuance of the Card to that User in the future. Information about any breach of the Conditions will be sent to the Employer.
2.1.7. By ordering the Card, the User declares that they have read and unconditionally accept the current Conditions.
2.1.8. There is no option to order an Accompanying Card or a Child’s Card/Children’s Cards in connection with this Card.
2.2. Using the Card
2.2.1. The Card can be used every day for one free admission to the Partner Network. On the same day, the User may additionally use 2 rides on a mechanical bike within the Bikesharing service through Rekola and nextbike. The User may also use InBody measurements, to which the User is entitled once every calendar half-year (from January 1 to June 30 and from July 1 to December 31), i.e., 2 times per year. On the day when the User takes advantage of an InBody measurement at a Partner’s facility, they are still entitled to one more admission (on the same day) to that same Partner’s facility or to a different one within the Partner Network.
2.2.2. Only with Partners who have the note “Surcharge required” on their facility detail page is there an extra charge for admission – see mapa.multisport.cz.
2.2.3. The Card can be used for one-time admissions to the Partners’ facilities. It cannot be used for courses organized by Partners. It also cannot be used to pay for other activities, even with an additional cash payment, except for the Partners mentioned in 2.2.2. The Card can only be used for activities listed in the facility details on the website mapa.multisport.cz.
2.2.4. The Card cannot be used to pay for goods or services offered within the Partner’s facility (e.g., cosmetic services, tanning beds, massages, manicures, pedicures, protein drinks, bars, etc.).
2.2.5.
- For a plastic MultiSport Card: before using the services at the Partner’s facility, the User is required to present the Card and an ID document each time at reception, and to confirm their visit with a signature (if requested). The Card is valid only if accompanied by a personal ID document with a name and photo (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.).
- For a virtual MultiSport Card: before using the services at the Partner’s facility, if the User’s photo in the My MultiSport app is not yet verified, the User must present an ID document with a name and photo (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.) and confirm the visit with a signature (if requested). If the User’s photo in the My MultiSport app is verified, the User only needs to show the approved photo in the My MultiSport app.
- A copy of the Card’s barcode displayed in a mobile application (e.g., virtual wallet) or on a mobile phone, or a photocopy of the Card, is not considered a valid Card.
2.2.6. The User must sign legibly on the attendance form at the Partner’s reception desk (if requested).
2.2.7. The Card User is obligated to keep the Card in their possession for the entire duration of the visit to the Partner’s Facility; specifically, they must not leave it at reception or with the person recording entries at the sports venue, even as a deposit for a locker key. In the event of a check by the Card Provider at the Partner’s facility, any Cards found in this manner will be blocked.
2.2.8. In the case of renting a tennis court for 2–4 persons where at least 2 individuals have a Card, the court is free for 1 hour (60 minutes). If only one person in the group has a Card, the remaining cost (½ of the court) must be paid by the other players directly to the Partner according to the Partner’s price list.
- For renting a beach volleyball or padel court, one Card equals ¼ of the court/hour price. If there are fewer than four Cards in the group, the remaining part must be paid by those without Cards directly to the Partner according to the Partner’s price list.
- For renting a bowling lane, one Card equals ¼ of the lane/hour price. If there are fewer than four Cards in the group, the remaining part must be paid by those without Cards directly to the Partner according to the Partner’s price list.
2.2.9. The User must comply with the rules of the Partner’s Facility they are visiting. The Partner’s Facility rules take precedence over these Conditions.
2.2.10. Services may be used during the Partner’s Facility operating hours (unless there are other restrictions listed in the facility details on mapa.multisport.cz).
2.2.11. In the interest of User satisfaction, it is recommended to contact the Partner in advance by phone to reserve a spot (e.g., for group lessons or InBody measurements) and to confirm the availability and terms of service use.
2.2.12. All information related to service availability can be obtained by calling the helpline at +420 220 188 700.
2.2.13. The Card User is entitled to use services through the my.multisport.cz platform.
2.3. Fraud Prevention Measures
2.3.1. The Card Provider’s employee (Inspector) or an authorized Partner employee has the right to verify the User’s identity by checking an ID document and to confiscate any Card used in violation of its purpose or these Conditions.
2.3.2. Trading in Cards or any form of Card distribution without the consent of the Card Provider is prohibited.
2.3.3. It is prohibited to use the Card outside the valid period for which it was issued.
3. Final Provisions
3.1. The Card Provider reserves the right to make any changes to these existing Conditions.
3.2. The User may suspend the validity of the Card for an indefinite period only for serious health reasons. The request to suspend the Card’s validity must be reported to the Card Provider by the relevant HR staff member of the Employer no later than the last day of the calendar month. The Card’s validity is then suspended starting on the 1st day of the following calendar month.
3.3. The User may cancel the Card at any time by requesting it through the Employer’s HR department, no later than by the order deadline for the following month. Once the User has left the MultiSport Program, they may rejoin and order a new Card no sooner than 6 months after the cancellation date.
