Complete Terms

1. Basic Terminology

1.1. MultiSport Silver Card: a non-transferable identifier assigned to a specific individual in the form of an employee or, where applicable, an accompanying person (hereinafter the “Card”). The Card may be physical (plastic) or virtual. The virtual card is additionally governed by special terms available in the MultiSport mobile application under the title Terms of Use of the MultiSport Application and Virtual Card, which take precedence in case of any discrepancies (hereinafter the “virtual card terms”). 

1.2. Card User: a physical person using the Card authorized to use the services of the Partner specified in the agreement concluded between the Partner and MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o. If the term “User” is used in the conditions, it refers to the Employee and/or Accompanying person (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). 

1.3. Employer: an entity, that based on an agreement with MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o., enables its employees and their family members (Accompanying people and Children) to use the MultiSport Program. 

1.4. Partner: a company providing sports and relaxation services. 

1.5. Partner Network: Partners, who accept the Card. The current list of Partners accepting the Card is available at https://mapa.multisport.cz

1.6. Partner Facility: spaces in which the Partner provides MultiSport Card Users with sports and relaxation services. 

1.7. Card Provider: MultiSport Benefit s.r.o company

1.8. International Visit: In addition to entries in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, Users may also make use of so-called International Visits, i.e., entries to partner sports and relaxation facilities in other countries where companies from the Benefit Systems Group operate and that accept the MultiSport virtual card. These International Visits are assessed in the same way as standard entries in the Czech Republic or the Slovak Republic. An International Visit is only possible with a virtual card. A condition for using International Visits is that, before the service is provided, the User presents in the relevant Partner Facility a virtual card with identity verification completed in the Czech Republic; otherwise, the User will not be able to use services under International Visits.

1.9. Verified Identity: The User receives Identity Verification during their first visit with the virtual card at a Partner Facility. The Partner’s staff compares the information in the User’s identity document with the information provided in their My MultiSport app account and confirms that the User is the actual cardholder. The identity of the virtual card User must be verified exclusively in the Czech Republic

1.10. My MultiSport Application: a Benefit Systems program intended for installation on mobile devices, which enables the User to search for sports and relaxation facilities within the MultiSport Program, use the virtual card in connection with the MultiSport Program, and access other available features.

1.11. Benefit Systems Group Companies: Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office at Plac Europejski 2, 00-844 Warsaw, Poland, Company ID: 0000370919 (“Benefit Systems S.A.”), and all legal entities directly or indirectly controlled by this company or connected to it through capital or organizational ties. These companies collectively form the Benefit Systems Group and may participate in providing services delivered through the MultiSport Program.

2. Conditions of Card Usage

2.1 MultiSport Card

2.1.1 The Card can only be obtained through the Employer via the company MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o.

2.1.2 The dates and method of Card orders are governed by contractual agreements between the Employer and MultiSport Benefit, s.r.o.

2.1.3 The Card is issued in the name of the individual is non-transferable and must not be made accessible to other individuals. The Card may not be used at a Partner Facility or Facilities with which the User has a relationship, in particular a family, employment or similar relationship, or a functional, ownership, or any other direct or indirect connection. The Card may also not be used in connection with the performance of a profession.

2.1.4 Any changes to the appearance of the plastic Card are prohibited. 

2.1.5 Loss, destruction or theft of the Card must be reported immediately to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company (most often in the personnel/HR department). If a plastic Card that was previously reported lost is found, it must be sent to the Card Provider or handed over to the person responsible for contact with the Card Provider at the User’s company. 

2.1.6 The Card is the property of the Card Provider, who has the right to request the return of the plastic Card if the User violates the conditions of Card usage (hereinafter referred to as “conditions”). The Provider also reserves the right to refuse the issuance of the Card to such a User in the future. Information about the violation of the conditions will be sent to the Employer. 

2.1.7 By ordering the Card, the User declares that they have read the current terms and unconditionally accept them. 

2.1.8 The User has the option to request the issuance of one companion card for a close person over 15 years old and up to three children’s cards for children up to 15 years old. By canceling the employee card, the User loses the right to companion and children’s cards. The same rule applies to the issuance of cards, where without an employee card, companion cards cannot be issued. 

2.2 Card Usage

2.2.1. The card can be used every day for one free entry to the Partner Network. On the same day, the User can use 2 rides on a mechanical bike within Bike-sharing with Rekola and nextbike services. At the same time, the User can use the InBody device measurement, to which they are entitled once per calendar half-year (from 01/01 to 30/06 and from 01/07 to 31/12), i.e., 2 times a year. On the day when the User uses InBody at the Partner, he / she is also entitled to one more entry to the same or another Partner’s facility within the Partner Network.

2.2.2. Only Partners who have the note “additional payment required” in the details of the Partner’s Facility on the website will be charged an additional fee – mapa.multisport.cz and multisport.cz/en/international-visits.

2.2.3. The Card may be used for single-entry access to Partner facilities. However, it may not be used for courses organized by Partners or to pay for other activities, except for those offered by the Partners specified in Section 2.2.2 of the Terms. The Card can only be used for activities listed on the Partner Facility’s website – mapa.multisport.cz.

2.2.4. The card can not be used to purchase goods or services offered within the Partner Object (e.g., cosmetic services, tanning beds, massages, manicures, pedicures, protein drinks, bars, etc.).

2.2.5. Before using services with the plastic MultiSport Card at the Partner Facility, the user is required to present the card and identification at the reception and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). The card is valid only upon presenting a personal document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.). Before using services with the virtual MultiSport Card at the Partner Facility, the User must, in case of an unverified photo in the My MultiSport app, present an identification document with a name and photograph (ID card, driver’s license, company ID, etc.) and confirm their visit with a signature (if required). In case of a verified photo, the user is only verified by the approved photo in the My MultiSport app. Scans of the card’s barcode in a mobile app.
A copy of the Card’s barcode captured in a mobile application (e.g., a virtual wallet), stored on a mobile phone, or a photocopied Card shall not be considered a valid Card.

2.2.6. The user is required to sign legibly on the visit forms located at the Partner’s facility reception (if required).

2.2.7. The Card User is obliged to ensure that they have the Card in their possession for the entire duration of their visit to the Partner Facility, i.e., they must not leave it at the reception or in the custody of the person recording entry to the Partner sports facility, including as a deposit for a locker key. In the event that the Provider verifies this during a check at the Partner sports facility, any Cards found in this manner will be blocked.

2.2.8. Services may be used during the operating hours of the Partner sports facility (unless other restrictions apply).

2.2.9. For team sports, the MultiSport card covers part of the court or lane fee (25% or 50%). Teammates without the card pay the remaining amount according to the price list.

2.2.10. The User is obliged to comply with the rules of the Partner Facility they are visiting. The rules of the Partner Facility always take precedence over these terms.

2.2.11. Services may be used during the operating hours of the Partner Facility (unless other restrictions are indicated on the facility’s website). When using International Visits, the official language of the country where the Partner Facility is located is the primary language for service provision. The staff at the Partner Facility is not required to provide customer support in any other language, including the User’s language.

2.2.12. For the satisfaction of Users, we recommend contacting the Partner in advance by phone to reserve available spots (e.g., for group classes or InBody) and to clarify the options and conditions for using the services.

2.2.13. All information related to the availability of services can be obtained from the infoline number +420 220 188 700.

2.2.14. The User is entitled to use services within the my.multisport.cz platform.

2.3 Fraud Prevention Measures

2.3.1. An employee of the Card Provider (Inspector) or an authorized employee of the Partner is entitled to verify the User’s identity by inspecting their personal identification document and to confiscate any Card being used in violation of its intended purpose and these terms.

2.3.2. Trading or any form of distribution of cards without the consent of the card Provider is prohibited.

2.3.3. It is prohibited to use the card outside of the time period for which it was issued.

3. Final Provisions

3.1. The Card Provider reserves the right to make any changes to the current conditions.

3.2. The User may suspend the validity of the card indefinitely, only for serious health reasons. The request to suspend the user’s card must be reported to the Card Provider by the relevant employee of the personnel department of the employer no later than the last day of the calendar month. The card’s validity is then suspended from the 1st day of the following calendar month.

3.3. The User may cancel the card at any time by requesting it through the HR department of the employer, no later than the order deadline for the following month. Once the User exits the MultiSport Program, they can rejoin it and reorder the card no earlier than 6 months from the date of card cancellation.
