Winter skating season is finally here, and therefore, it’s time to brush up the skates, buy a new outfit and check all the places where you have free admission with your MultiSport! Skating is entertaining both for children and adults.
WHAT PARTS GET PRACTICE WHEN SKATING?

• Back muscles
• Arm muscles
• Coordination and balance
• Overall fitness
WHAT NOT TO FORGET?
• Stable skates that fit you well
• Gloves and cap
• Warm socks
• Warmer pants or coat to have a soft landing in case of fall
If you are new to skating, hold the boards, lean slightly forward with bent knees and keep your weight in the centre of the skates (never in front, or the toe picks get stuck). Do not be shy to wear a wrist, elbow and knee protectors, backbone belt or even a helmet.
